What it is

HMG provides roughly equal FSH and LH activity, which makes it the partner of choice when hCG alone is insufficient to restore spermatogenesis on TRT or to drive multi-follicular development in IVF cycles. Dosing must be physician-supervised and monitored with bloodwork.

Mixed FSH/LH preparation purified from menopausal urine. Stimulates ovarian follicle development in women and Sertoli/Leydig cell activity in men.
