L-Carnitine (injectable)
Also: Levocarnitine
Mitochondrial fat-shuttle cofactor — used for endurance support and recomposition protocols.
L-carnitine is an endogenous amino-acid derivative essential for fatty-acid oxidation. Oral absorption tops out around 18%, which is why injectable forms are used when therapeutic plasma levels are the goal. Clinical use includes carnitine deficiency, dialysis-related deficiency, and adjunctive endurance/recovery work.
Shuttles long-chain fatty acids across the inner mitochondrial membrane for β-oxidation. Injectable form bypasses oral absorption ceiling.
